Arrival – September 1986
Dear folks
The trip went well. John and Jeff did good on the airplane. Jeff went to sleep almost right away after we boarded and slept until Amsterdam. John didn’t settle down very easy, only slept a few hours. For Perry and me it was a short night. We appreciated the day in Amsterdam to rest but would have liked to be a bit more alert and ambitious for the sightseeing we did. All in all, it went well.
